Thank You for Supporting B5!

We’re grateful to have you as part of the B5 community and our 2026 Hair Raisin’ FUNraiser! As we prepare for October 28, we’ve created this resource to help our sponsors, partners, board members, and table hosts stay informed, organized, and ready for a wonderful evening. Your participation makes a difference, and we’re excited to celebrate with you!

Table Host Responsibilities

If you are sponsoring or hosting a table, please help us make the evening a success by completing the following:
☐ Fill your table. Invite your guests and confirm attendance. Tables are planned for eight guests each. Please confirm your table’s specific allocation with B5.
☐ Submit your guest list to admin@thriveatb5.org. Please include:

• Guest’s first and last name
• Dietary restrictions or meal accommodations
• Sponsor or table host name
• Any guest changes or substitutions

☐ Your guests must pre-register through Network for Good here or the link provided above. Please share this link with your guests.
☐ Communicate event details. Share the date, location, arrival time, and costume encouragement with your guests.
☐ Encourage participation. Invite your guests to enjoy the silent auction, Dessert Dash, Heads or Tails, and Paddle Raise.
☐ Plan a fun costume! Halloween-inspired attire is encouraged, but participation is optional.

Guest list deadline: Monday, October 19
Final registration: Friday, October 23

What to Expect During the Evening

Dinner & Community Celebration: Enjoy an evening connecting with fellow supporters, community leaders, and friends of B5. We’ll share stories of impact, celebrate our community, and look toward the opportunities ahead. Free red and white wine provided by Badger Mountain Winery.

Silent Auction: Browse and bid on auction packages while supporting B5’s programs. Bidding will be managed through Network for Good.

Heads or Tails: Join a lively, interactive fundraising game for a chance to win a prize. Participation requires a separate purchase at the event.

Dessert Dash: Tables will have the opportunity to contribute and compete for their favorite desserts. Be ready to collaborate with your table!

Costume Contest: Creative Halloween attire is encouraged! Selected finalists will compete for the audience’s applause.

Paddle Raise: One of the most meaningful moments of the evening. Guests will have the opportunity to make a direct financial contribution to B5’s mission and future.

Help Us Spread the Word

Please continue sharing the event with your networks, inviting potential supporters, and helping B5 reach new members of our community. Please coordinate with B5 before purchasing additional tickets or registering guests already covered by a sponsorship. Even if your table is already full, you can help introduce B5 to new friends and supporters.

• Share the event with colleagues, friends, and community networks.
• Invite someone who may be interested in B5’s mission.
• Share B5’s social media posts and event announcements.
• Encourage guests to learn more about B5 before attending.
• Help us connect with potential donors, volunteers, and future community partners.
